Military Entrepreneurs Build a Cookie Empire

Operation Cookies

Meet the best cookie you ever tasted and the founders behind veteran-owned, mail-order bakery – Operation Cookies.

Operation Cookies ships homemade, mouth-watering cookies nationwide and to military stationed overseas.

Seriously…look at these things! The best in the business. AND they’re military-made.

A Deployment Sparks a Business

This cookie story started when Navy veteran, Paul, was deployed. His then-girlfriend (now wife!), Angie, had an uncanny knack for baking, but she took her skills to the next level during Paul’s deployment. Her care packages filled with baked goods were instant winners in Paul’s unit, and she quickly got requests for more.

When Paul came home from his deployment, his son suggested the two start a bakery – and the rest is history.

Operation Cookies launched in 2019, and Paul and Angie got married in 2020!

Behind the scenes at Operation Cookies, you can find Angie baking anywhere from 8 to 16 hours a day while Paul juggles all things operations, including customer service and order fulfillment.

You can rest assured that every cookie is baked, packaged and shipped with care directly from these two cookie connoisseurs.

Cookies for A Cause

Operation Cookies holds a special place in our hearts here at WeVett.

Not only are they veteran-owned and operated, but they launched their business with the goal of shipping their cookies both stateside and to those overseas. That’s no easy task in the perishable goods industry!

Paul and Angie also donate a portion of their proceeds to various military-related organizations, including Wounded Warrior Project, Fisher House Foundation, Gary Sinise Foundation and Folds of Honor.

How to Order

So, what should you order first? A few favorites from their die-hard customers include classic chocolate chip, buckeyes, and Holiday Andes Peppermint Crunch/Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Really though, you can’t go wrong with any of Angie’s baked goods!

To order your cookies, visit their website at: Operation Cookies

You can also stay up to date on the latest cookie flavors and seasonal treats by following them on social media: Facebook and Instagram.

Beware though, after you taste their cookies once, you’ll be hooked for life!
