The PCS Toolkit was created for the active duty military member, spouse, and family who will repeatedly make the home buying decision over the course of their time in service.
Tools such as the BAH and Mortgage Calculators might be pocket resources bookmarked for frequent use, while the Seller’s Roadmap might better serve as download to hang on the fridge while you’re in the middle of a move.
