• Close to being eligible (by rate or by date)
• Not currently eligible

2. Savings Estimate

2.1 If you are found to be eligible or close to being eligible, the tool will prompt you to provide your original loan balance or purchase price and your property address to estimate potential savings.

2.2 The estimated savings will be displayed in two scenarios:

• Savings on monthly payments
• Savings by reinvesting monthly savings towards the mortgage principal to reduce interest over the course of the loan

2.3 Please note that the savings estimates provided are rough estimates and are for informational purposes only. Actual savings may vary based on additional factors.

3.1 To receive a free quote from WeVett Home Loans, you will be required to enter the following personal information:

• Email address
• Phone number

3.2 By submitting your personal information, you consent to WeVett Home Loans contacting you via email or phone to discuss your refinancing options.

4. Assumptions and Limitations

4.1 The tool assumes that you currently have a 30-year VA Loan and will refinance with a 30-year VA Loan.
